1. Definitions

• Platform / Site: InkBooking.com.
• Private User: Any natural person using the Site to search for a tattoo artist or piercer.
• Professional User: A tattoo artist, piercer or studio registering to promote their services via a Professional Profile.
• Professional Profile: A public page linked to one or more studios, displaying opening hours, portfolio, information and contact methods.
• Yoo Multimedia OÜ: The Estonian company (registry code 17145279 that owns and operates InkBooking.com.

2. Scope of Service
   InkBooking.com provides:

• A search engine to find tattoo artists and piercers by artistic style or location.
• Professional Profiles with portfolio galleries, booking calendars and messaging tools.
• Appointment scheduling and management features.

The Platform does not guarantee the professional performance of registered Users, nor does it act as intermediary for payments or contractual relations between parties.

3. Registration and Verification

• Some features require an account.
• All new Users must verify their email via OTP code.
• Professional Users must supply accurate information, including a valid Health and Safety Certificate to obtain the “Verified Studio” Badge.

4. Use of the Service
   Users agree to:

• Refrain from using the Platform for fraudulent, unlawful or unethical purposes.
• Not to upload obscene, violent or third-party infringing content.
• Respect other Users when using Site features.

InkBooking.com reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts for misuse.

5. Subscriptions and Fees

• Registration on the Platform is free for all Users.
• Publishing a Professional Profile requires activation of a subscription plan (free or paid).
• Detailed pricing and plan features are available on the “Pricing” page.

6. Liability
   InkBooking.com shall not be liable for:

• Any damage, delay or disruption arising from appointments booked through the Platform.
• The accuracy or legality of content uploaded by Users.
• Disputes between Users.

Professional Users posting false or expired certificates may face legal action and removal from the Platform.

7. “Verified Studio” Badge

• Issued upon verification of a valid Health and Safety Certificate under applicable local regulations (applicable to the country in which the artist-owner practices professionally)
• Verification and ongoing validity of the certificate are the sole responsibility of the Professional User.
• Yoo Multimedia OÜ may revoke the Badge at any time if irregularities are discovered.

8. Intellectual Property
   All content on the Platform (design, code, logos, text, images) is owned or licensed by Yoo Multimedia OÜ. Unauthorized copying, reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
9. Amendments to Terms
   Yoo Multimedia OÜ may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. In case of dispute, the exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of the Company’s registered office (Harju County Court).
